Yard buddies
Yard buddies

Wendy Hemstead is a contemporary artist based in London where she was born and has lived all her life.

The inspiration for her work is deeply rooted in her love of nature and the environment. She has been a horse owner for many years and her long association with the family run stable yard is reflected in many of the artworks seen here today.

Wendy does not currently have a preferred style or medium and is happy to continue exploring art in its many forms. The exhibition showcases works in watercolour, acrylic, oil, mixed media, collage and printmaking.

You can meet Wendy at Barnet Library every Saturday throughout the exhibition from 11am to 1pm.
